Zone Conference Week!

Hello everyone! How was your week? I hope it was great. My week has been good. We went on a couple exchanges this week with newer missionaries and that was really good. We also were able to take one of our recent converts through the Temple to do baptisms for the dead! It was an awesome experience to do that. We also had Zone Conference this week so that was fun. Our mission President trained on Repentance and his wife trained on the healing power of the Atonement. It was all very good! We had some great lessons this week with a couple people. One is named Davide and he's from Italy and the other is named Cam. Both great guys! We taught them both the Restoration and it went well. They both understood it and liked the things that were taught. They had many questions about many different topics. So Davide is our most progressing guy. He keeps all the commitments and things we ask him to do. Nothing else crazy went on, that's pretty much it!

For the spiritual experience for this week it was during one of our member lessons. We usually start our lessons by going around the room and having everyone bear testimony of Jesus Christ. We had dinner with one family and as we went around the room multiple powerful testimonies were given. I remember some things that were said, but I definitely remember the way I felt. As one person was bearing their testimony I felt a strong confirmation by the spirit that what that person was saying was true. The feeling was strong and powerful, yet peaceful and calm. Jesus Christ is real. He was a real person who lived and died for us, so that we may have a way back to Heavenly Fathers presence. I have a testimony that he is wonderful and kind and cares for each of us. The tomb is empty and how great is that! He lives!
