I want you to know that your son, Elder Jackson McMullan, has been called to be a trainer to one of our new Missionaries, Elder Adrian Banuelos. The calling of a trainer is an important leadership position in the mission and one that is extended only to our trusted and effective missionaries.  The role of a trainer has more influence on the future success of a missionary than any other single factor.  For this reason, your son has been selected to play a key part in laying a foundation for this new missionary. 

We love your son and are grateful for His example and his willingness to serve. Thank you for sharing your son with us and for your continued support and encouragement.

 Monday October 12, 2020 Hello everyone! How's it goin? Everything here in Mesa is going well. This week went by really quick and I can't remember everything that happened. I'll start off with our "amigos". I'm pretty sure I've already told you guys about Martha and how we have her on date for baptism. Basically she is still going strong and we don't need to do much with her other than just meet with her every other day to keep her on track. We just go over a few simple things every now and then. Then with Gerardo he is still iffy. He still hasn't accepted baptism, but he's getting closer. We're teaching him the commandments to let him know what exactly he needs to keep and also we're bringing members from our branch to make friends with him so that he is more comfortable. Forgive and Forget!

 Monday January 18, 2021 Hello everyone!! I hope your week is going great! My week has been fabulous. The Vargas family that randomly came to Church last week are doing great! We had 2 lessons with them this week and they are so eager to learn! They read the Book of Mormon a lot and are so prepared. They have a few Word of Wisdom problems but I don't think they will have any trouble with that. They also have told us that they are planning on getting married, but they want it to be a memorable event so they want to plan well. They are so ready to partake in this gospel and it's actually crazy. They basically are members already. They are the nicest and most sincere people you will ever meet.  Another miracle happened this week!! Another non member just walked into Church!! It's actually crazy the miracles and blessings God is giving us here. So yesterday we had dinner with a family, and the non member that walked into church was there!!
