 Monday April 26, 2021 This was a good week! I didn't email last week so this will cover the 2 weeks. So not yesterday, but the week before we were asked to give talks at the Citadel. The Citadel is basically an assisted living place with a bunch of old people. So I gave a talk there and it was super great. The spirit there is always so strong and it is always very reverent. (I will talk a little later on in this email about the importance of reverence) We found a new guy this week! I already knew him. He's what you would call an "eternal investigator" which basically is someone the missionaries have been "teaching" for a long time but had never committed to do anything. His name is Bob. When I first came into the area he was still "interested" on our area book. All we ever did was go over and do service for him.  Monday April 12,2021 We had transfers this past week and nothing is changing with me or Elder Banuelos. We will be together for another transfer. The Elders in our apartment though both left. So we got 2 new Elders living with us and they're a blast.  Nothing crazy had happened this past week. I don't know if I mentioned this already, but we met a new member that just moved in, and he gave us his house key and everything and feeds us whenever we need food. He's basically the best guy ever. His name is Chip. We are over at his house like 3 times a week so it's pretty cool. He traveled the world to learn how to cook authentic meals. So he cooks super duper good.  We haven't been able to meet with Sister Ecton or Daniel Rodriguez recently. They got Covid, but last I heard they watched Conference! So that was a good thing.  Monday April 5, 2021 Hey everyone! How is everybody doing? What a great week it has been! Conference happened and so that makes the week already 10x better. This week a new member named Chip moved in the ward. We met him and ended up watching  Conference with him. He is super cool. He has insane Wifi and gave us a key to his house so we can go in at any time. His house is like in the middle of our area too, so it's super cool. We're probably not gonna go into his house super often, but he's that type of member that just loves the missionaries and wants us over all the time. So that's pretty cool.  Daniel actually ended up getting Covid so we haven't been able to talk to him in a while. We invited them to keep reading and to watch Conference. Hopefully they did.  Cory on the other hand is doing well. We have a lesson with him next Wednesday.
