This week has been amazing! We were really busy this week. We are making amazing progress with our friends this week. We had a lesson with a girl named Cassie this week. She is someone that we've been trying to get in contact with for a while, and we finally were able to set up a visit. We met her on Wednesday and taught her the Restoration. The spirit was so strong as we taught it to her. She was in tears and had goosebumps as we shared the first vision with her. We invited her to pray about the Book of Mormon to know if it is true and she said she would. We also are making great progress with Stacy. We got permission this week to put her on date and treat her as if she is really part of this ward. We had a lesson with her yesterday and she is so prepared. Every time we go into a lesson, her boyfriend had ready taught it to her before we came. So every time we teach her it's like a review lesson, but she accepts it all and has no problems. We are planning to put her on date for baptism this week. Also the rain has been awesome over here!! 

For the spiritual experience this week, it was during the lesson with Cassie. She had such an open heart and mind to what we were teaching her and you could tell the spirit was working through her. It's amazing to see how the spirit works and touches the hearts of all people. The spirit really does testify of things that are right, good, and true. I'm grateful for the ability that our Heavenly Father has given us to be able to discern truth through his spirit.

Alright so there's a lot of pictures here. So basically there was a squirrel or ground hog or something inside a members house hanging out of the blinds in the front. I was super confused. The member wasn't even home so idk if they even know and idk how it even got in there haha. Then there were some super huge homes that I thought was cool. A blue house + Elder Ford, and a Greek lady statue. Then there was a hill that I took a picture of because i thought i was going to get an aggressive driving because of it.

 Monday October 12, 2020 Hello everyone! How's it goin? Everything here in Mesa is going well. This week went by really quick and I can't remember everything that happened. I'll start off with our "amigos". I'm pretty sure I've already told you guys about Martha and how we have her on date for baptism. Basically she is still going strong and we don't need to do much with her other than just meet with her every other day to keep her on track. We just go over a few simple things every now and then. Then with Gerardo he is still iffy. He still hasn't accepted baptism, but he's getting closer. We're teaching him the commandments to let him know what exactly he needs to keep and also we're bringing members from our branch to make friends with him so that he is more comfortable.  Monday January 18, 2021 Hello everyone!! I hope your week is going great! My week has been fabulous. The Vargas family that randomly came to Church last week are doing great! We had 2 lessons with them this week and they are so eager to learn! They read the Book of Mormon a lot and are so prepared. They have a few Word of Wisdom problems but I don't think they will have any trouble with that. They also have told us that they are planning on getting married, but they want it to be a memorable event so they want to plan well. They are so ready to partake in this gospel and it's actually crazy. They basically are members already. They are the nicest and most sincere people you will ever meet.  Another miracle happened this week!! Another non member just walked into Church!! It's actually crazy the miracles and blessings God is giving us here. So yesterday we had dinner with a family, and the non member that walked into church was there!!
