A God of Miracles!!

Hey everyone how's it goin! Things over here are going super good. Transfers are tomorrow! Me, Elder Hawes, and Elder Pulsipher are staying together for another 6 weeks! It will be super fun. Elder Leakehe is going home tomorrow. RIP to my trainer he is now in the land of infinite P-days. 

With the people we are teaching we have a few more names. We are still teaching Daray and Deanna and Angela. All three of them are looking good we just need to teach them a little bit more. We are teaching a few others that look promising but getting in contact with them is the struggle as of right now. 

MIRACLE TIMMEEE. 

So yesterday was Sunday and we were at Church. We were greeting everyone while they come in and doing our usual thing. One family comes in that we don't recognize but they looked super nice so we assumed they were members and just visiting. Anyways we had a great service and the spirit was super strong. Then after the meeting we are talking to a bunch of people, and the Second Counselor in the bishopric goes over and talked to that one family that I had mentioned earlier. Then Bishop comes up to us and says "are those guys members" and we just said like yea we think so. This family was all dressed nicely and didn't stand out at all. They fit in perfectly. So Bishop told us he doesn't think they are members so then he goes over there and talks to them and then comes back and tells us they aren't members! So then we were shocked and we went over and introduced ourselves and talked with them. It turns out that they felt like there was something more to life. They had felt that something was missing so they came to our church to just check it out. They felt they needed God more now than they ever had before. 

Here is the even crazier part. Our mission has been pushing us to pray to find that person that is ready to Let God Prevail. I'm going to be honest I always forgot to pray about that. But it wasn't until this last week when I remembered and prayed and asked God to help us find people that are ready to hear the Gospel in our area. Then the next Sunday (which was yesterday) God answered my prayer and this family is ready to hear the Gospel. It's a full family of 5 that God placed in our path. 

I can testify that God answers our prayers and that he is in every detail of our lives. This is the great work of our day, to gather Israel. This is the most important work that we need to do. Amidst all the chaos and drama that is going on around the world, we still have a loving Heavenly Father that is just waiting to bless us as we look towards him. I invite all of you to focus on Christ, and ask for his guidance. Ask God in prayer to open your eyes and help you see the miracles working around you. They are everywhere, his hand is in everything, and we just need to look and behold the glory of God. I love this Gospel and there is nothing else that can heal the soul more than doing those small and simple things.
