Good week this week! Nothing was too exciting. Martha once again started to ignore us haha. It's really weird because she called us and told us how bad she wanted to change and she's ready to move forward. Then when we pass by her house she always hides and her kids tell us she's "busy". So ya that's how that's going right now. We're just going to wait and give her time I think. 

Also I led my first lesson this week. I'm not afraid to lead a lesson, but my only fear is that when I say something I just have no idea what they said back, so they could have just said someone died and I'm all like "oh ok cool well I have a scripture about sacrament". Other than that my Spanish is coming along. Not good yet, but when it comes to speaking about the Gospel I can say what I want, then when we talk about anything else it's over haha. I just know with time I'll be able to understand more and more. 
We had zone conference this week. It was really good. Zone conferences are cool, you get a lot of insight from your mission president and the lunches are always really good.
Other than that this week was kind of chill. We're working hard with the members and trying to get this branch to come alive.
Anyways goodluck with election day tomorrow everyone! Gonna be crazy. (GO TRUMP)

 Monday October 12, 2020 Hello everyone! How's it goin? Everything here in Mesa is going well. This week went by really quick and I can't remember everything that happened. I'll start off with our "amigos". I'm pretty sure I've already told you guys about Martha and how we have her on date for baptism. Basically she is still going strong and we don't need to do much with her other than just meet with her every other day to keep her on track. We just go over a few simple things every now and then. Then with Gerardo he is still iffy. He still hasn't accepted baptism, but he's getting closer. We're teaching him the commandments to let him know what exactly he needs to keep and also we're bringing members from our branch to make friends with him so that he is more comfortable.  Monday January 18, 2021 Hello everyone!! I hope your week is going great! My week has been fabulous. The Vargas family that randomly came to Church last week are doing great! We had 2 lessons with them this week and they are so eager to learn! They read the Book of Mormon a lot and are so prepared. They have a few Word of Wisdom problems but I don't think they will have any trouble with that. They also have told us that they are planning on getting married, but they want it to be a memorable event so they want to plan well. They are so ready to partake in this gospel and it's actually crazy. They basically are members already. They are the nicest and most sincere people you will ever meet.  Another miracle happened this week!! Another non member just walked into Church!! It's actually crazy the miracles and blessings God is giving us here. So yesterday we had dinner with a family, and the non member that walked into church was there!!
