Quarantine?!

 Monday December 14, 2020

Hello everyone!

How was everyone's week? Everything is doing great over here. Nothing is super exciting or crazy over here. We are still working with our 2 people on date, Sarah and Daray. Sarah is still trying to overcome her Word of Wisdom issue so her date got pushed back a little. Daray said he needs more time so we have to talk with him and see what's going on. BUT, both of their dates will have to get pushed back even more because they are in quarantine because they tested positive for Covid. We came in contact with them the day before they tested positive, so we also got put in quarantine. It was only for three days with us though. The nurses said that if at the end of three days we didn't have symptoms then we would be good to go, and that's exactly what happened. We are out of quarantine now and feeling fine so it's all good.

Last night we had a ward drive thru thing. The wards aren't allowed to do an actual party so one of the members made their own thing. Basically it was a drive thru where we would give them donuts and hot chocolate. We helped out a lot with that and got to know the members better.

Another crazy thing this week was that Sarah's son got into a crazy accident. We called her one day and she was sobbing and she told us to call back later. Then we get a text from her later with pictures of the accident, but that her son was fine! I'll put the pictures in this email so you can see. Literally the driver's seat got hit straight on, and my first thought was that that guy is dead. I didn't think there was any way he lived. Apparently it was a truck that came straight into him. All that Sarah's son got was a few scratches and bruises and that was it! It was a literal miracle. Who knows why God preserved him, but no doubt God's hand was there! We can all see miracles if we have faith that God can provide Miracles. God is a God of Miracles as we have faith. It talks about that in Moroni chapter 7.
37 "Behold I say unto you, Nay; for it is by faith that miracles are wrought; and it is by faith that angels appear and minister unto men; wherefore, if these things have ceased wo be unto the children of men, for it is because of unbelief, and all is vain."

This can be a time of miracles for all of you if you pray and ask God and believe that he can deliver! Don't put limits on the power of God!!
Love you all! I'll talk to ya next week!
